On Monday, Hubby and I took the day off to have a day of spa for my birthday! We had it at Randolph Hotel. They have four rooms of different types of sauna, a hydro, jacuzzi bath, a shower room that had three types of short bursts of shower: fragrance, hot and cold (with a better fragrance) and a room with nothing but crushed ice! I think we were in those rooms for 5 hours :-) We did so much sauna, we felt so tired we immediately slept when we got back lol.

We each had a full body exfoliation, I had a manicure and Hubby had a men's pedicure, which he liked best. He was a bit wary at first cos didn't know if he liked other people apart from me touching him (awwwwwww) but he was fine hehe.

Before we arrived there, we had breakfast at McDonalds. We hardly ever have it but it's something we just love to do so I'm glad we managed to do it. We lunched at the pub Copa but were still too full from the big brekkie so couldn't finish it.

This week we have every member of the in-laws in town because one of the sisters turned 40. So I have been enjoying great food this week lol.

Also at work, we had a girls night in at the Master's secretary's house. At first, I was very reluctant to go because I was already tired from working all day and really, who wants to spend the WHOLE day with your workmates? But it turned out great and we had a good laugh. And I got to sit in a Mini a workmate bought recently. Oooooh I so want one now! Can't wait for Hubby to gets his licence! It's soooo cute, with a huuuuge, retro speedometer. But Hubby wants a proper, old Mini :-( But most probably we will end up with a 20-year-old, £400 beat-up car, cos we're skint!

My parents-in-law gave me a spa bodycare set and a cooking book as a belated present, I totally didn't expect it. Oh, a friend gave me a PANINI MAKER!!!

If you can see me at lunchtimes, you'll see me eating nothing but paninis, so am so happy and touched that she got me the maker...
